A Deposit of half the full amount (non-returnable) is required to secure bookings, the balance to be paid 28 days prior to arrival. 1½ weeks deposit required for 2 week bookings.
If the booking time is less than 1 month to arrival, full payment will be required at the time of the booking.
If we do not recieve the full balance by the due date, we will presume the holiday is no longer required and shall cancel the booking (unless previous arrangement has been made with the park managers) the deposit is non refundable.
Unless we are notified of any late arrivals, any booking not taken up by noon the following day, we will endeavour to re-let.
The booking fee can not be refunded and if we are unable to re-let your accommodation, we regret the balance of the holiday will be payable.

Accommodation is available from 3pm on day of arrival and MUST be vacated by 10am on day of departure. All day visitors MUST report to reception.
Tenants will be responsible for and must make good the loss, damage or breakages of any bedding, fittings, utensils or crockery. Please repost them at once.
Accommodation includes all Gas and Electricity.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring your bed linen with you, unless you have arranged to hire it from the park managers.
Abusive behaviour to either guests or staff will not be tolerated and the offending party will be asked to vacate the premisies with ammediate effect.
Out of consideration of others, noise must be kept to a minimum, especially after 12 midnight.
Cars drivers please note that there is a 5mph speed limit on the whole park.
Cars are parked at the owners risk.
No washing cars on site.
There is only limited accommodation for dogs, so please check availability before booking.
Please bring suitable bedding for your dogs, as dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and exercised off site.
It is the owners responsibility to clear up all toilets and accidents they may have.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DOGS UNATTENDED IN YOUR ACCOMMODATION.
We reserve the right to move you to a similar or larger accommodation if necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse the admission to any person or persons.
NO SMOKING IN ANY OF THE ACCOMMODATIONS
Club open Nightly peak Season, Weekends off peak. Club is closed during very quiet periods, unless requested to open.
The Launderette requires 2 x £1 coins for the Washing Machine and 1 x 50p coin, Tumble dryer.
